Petra is a true gem of the Middle East. "A rose-red city half as old as time", in the words of British poet John William Burgon, it appeared in numerous movies and TV shows, most notably Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
The site's location in the middle of the desert makes it hard to reach for an independent traveler, which is why we design this one-day tour from Israel. Our driver will pick you up in time to get to an early morning flight to Eilat, where our guide will be waiting for you to cross over to the Jordan side.
