DAY 2

Stand on Mt Carmel and see the story of Elijah vs. the prophets of Baal come alive

Visit Tel Megiddo and look out over the Valley of Armageddon.

Stand on Tel Jezreel, Naboth’s Vineyard

Stand on the Brow of the Hill and look out over the Jezreel Valley and Nazareth.

Visit a modern-day synagogue in Nazareth

End the day at Cana of Galilee

DAY 3

Visit the Arbel Pass, Jesus’ passageway into the Galilee.

Visit Capernaum, mentioned more times in the New Testament than any other city.

Visit Bethsaida, home to 5 of the 12 disciples

Drive by Korazin

Walk down the Mount of Beatitudes

See Mensa Christi, the setting for John 21 - "Feed my lambs!"

Visit Tabgha and the Church of the Multiplication

Set sail on the Sea of Galilee from Ginosar and hear the music of Dani Carmel, a local Messianic.

DAY 4

Visit Tel Hazor and see the destruction by Joshua and the Israelites as
reported in Joshua 11.

See the Hula Valley (Waters of Merom)

Lookout over the Lebanese Border from Misgav Am

Visit Tel Dan and stand in the temple built by Jeroboam.

See Caesarea Phillipi (The Temple of Pan & Agrippas’ Palace)

Drive up to the Golan Heights. Stand on Mt Bental (Syrian/Israeli
bunkers) and lookout over Syria and the Road to Damascus.

DAY 5

Visit the Jordan River Baptismal Site

Visit Beth Shean, the capital of the Decapolis

Beth Alpha ancient synagogue

See Mayan Harod (Harod’s Spring), where Gideon chose his men

Look out Jerusalem from Mt Scopus

Overnight & Dinner: Jerusalem

 

DAY 6

See Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered

Visit the nature park of Ein Gedi to see the desert ibex, rock hyrax and
the cave where David hid from Saul.

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the Dead Sea

Have the option to climb to the top of Masada via the Roman Rampart
to see Herod the Great’s desert fortress (25-minute hike). A cable car
option will be available, as well.

DAY 7

“Go up” to the Temple Mount to see the site of the ancient temple and
the modern-day Dome of the Rock

Visit to the Western Wall tunnels & the Wailing Wall

Explore the Jewish Quarter

Enjoy lunch and shopping time on your own in the Old City.

See the Southern Wall Excavations and a 3D model of the 1st
century temple, walking along the 1st century street and climbing up
the 1st century steps.

See a 3D Movie & explore the City of David

Go underground through Hezekiah's Tunnel to the Pool of Siloam

Overnight & Dinner: Jerusalem

 

DAY 8

Lookout from the Mount of Olives

Walk down the Mount of Olives and visit Dominus Flevit, where Jesus
wept.

Enjoy a time of prayer and devotion in a private garden at
Gethsemane

Visit the House of Caiphas.

Visit Mt Zion and the Upper Room

Visit the Pools of Bethesda

Stand on the Lithostratos, “Pavement”, in the Ecce Homo Convent.

See the Damascus Gate, where Stephen was stoned.

Visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial

Overnight & Dinner: Jerusalem

 

DAY 9

Visit the Garden Tomb (Gordon’s Calvary)

Walk along the Road to Emmaus in Abu Ghosh and see the location
of the House of Abinadab, where the ark of the covenant was held.

Drive through Samson country and see the ancient site of Beth
Shemesh

Stand in the Elah Valley, where David fought Goliath

See Gath, Goliath’s hometown

Oriental style Farewell Dinner

Transfer to airport
